Why Dantonio Has Got to Go

Mark Dantonio has led MSU football down a dark path.
Michigan State University has 50,000+ students. So, you would think undoubtedly that they would have an unreal football program. However, that has not been the case. For the past 50 years MSU has struggled with their coaching staff. Not only have they not performed well, but they have also not had the best recruiting techniques. I think Mark Dantonio definitely is to blame for this.
The only reason people believe he is not that bad is because of the even worse coaches the Spartans have had in the past. The games he put up a fight against Michigan was at the same time Michigan coaching was on the downfall. Even a rookie NCAA coach Jim Harbaugh is giving him a run for his money. He also does not seem to be well embedded in the rivalry against Michigan.
Standing on the sidelines Mark Dantonio always seems to appear indifferent, which I think is a very bad thing for a coach. You need to be a warrior and fighting until the last whistle. However, I just do not see that in Mark Dantonio. As an MSU football fan, I would love to see him go!
